Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

• All standard orders require 2–3 business days to process before shipment.
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Schedule

• We ship all orders every Monday.
• If your order is processed after the weekly shipping cutoff, it will be included in the next Monday shipment.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order products include their own processing or production time listed in the product description.
• This time frame must be fully completed before your order is shipped.
• Once the pre-order item is ready, it will follow our Monday shipping schedule.

Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)

• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
• To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Confirmation

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress
